Winter Winds will blow through and challenge us with cold. Bringing inner peace through at this time can be difficult, lack of sunshine and activity may make some of us feel droopy.

Remember to take meditation, yoga, tai chi, or some form of inner light practice to your daily routine. Allow yourself to flow through emotions to the other side using your breath as a vehicle. Breath in, Breath out, focus on the present moment letting the past and the future go. You are a beautiful soul living on this Earth with a purpose. A tree plants it's roots deep in the ground to stay steady even in a storm when it's branches bend to allow the wind to pass through.
